Resolution: a firm decision to do or not to do something
Intention: an aim of plan of action
A resolution is a statement or declaration surrounding a change in lifestyle or focus. An intention is a plan of action steps for making a change a reality.
Today is a new day and a new year which means many people will be setting resolutions or intentions for their future. Usually most of those declarations are forgotten by the end of January due to a failure to plan or create action steps for the change. The good news is, we don’t need to wait for the new year to make a change. Everyday we are given 24 new hours to take that first step in a new direction toward the new lifetime we choose to create.
